Domestic and Foreign Shipping Fees
Orders to locations within the U.S. are shipped for a flat fee of $4.95, regardless of the number of books you order! For foreign destinations, please contact us first (using our "Contact and Feedback" page) to determine shipping fees.
If Items Are Damaged in Shipping
• Do not accept shipment of a visibly damaged item.
• If you have accepted shipment, be sure to report damage due to shipping within 24 hours, using our "Contact and Feedback" page on ChessWithLev.com.
Defective Items
We inspect all items before shipping them to you. But in the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, of course we will replace it for you at no charge. Simply contact us within one week (using our "Contact and Feedback" page on ChessWithLev.com) before returning any items.
